We all see the one shot on Facebook or Instagram that makes us want to give up and sell our camera. We look through our files and feel jealous that somebody was somewhere or captured something. This isn’t going to be one of those kinds of nights.
100 thumbs ups, or likes, or hearts, or whatever are not going to work for me. I am going to show some photos and play some videos of swimming with humpback whales. They are part of my story which has taken seven years, three trips 80 miles into the Atlantic Ocean and the assistance of a manatee to capture.
Unlike most photo lectures, I would like to share the few successes and the many failures of this journey. In the end, remove my photos and hopefully you’ll see your own journey, finding something you’re passionate about and overcoming the multiple obstacles along the way.
