Through a blend of in-depth lectures and practical, hands-on exercises,
you’ll learn how to control light, craft mood, and capture both the
elegance of fine dining and the energy of food in motion. From simple
dishes to styled spreads, you’ll practice industry-standard techniques
that bring flavors and textures to life.
