Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Methods
a. We accept major credit cards, checks, money orders and cash for class fees. There is a $25 service charge for checks returned due to insufficient funds, stopped payments or closed accounts. If your check is returned by the bank for any reason, you are still responsible for full payment
2. Cancellation and Refunds
a. We reserve the right to cancel a class if enrollment does not meet our requirements.
i. If we cancel a class and students are not offered the opportunity to either carry their registration to another class or transfer to the same class in a different section, we will provide a full refund.
b. If a student cancels their registration more than two weeks prior to the class start date, the class fee will be refunded less a $25 processing cost.
c. If a student cancels their registration within two weeks of the class start date, either
i. The registration and class fee can be transferred to another class; or
ii. The class fee can be 75% refunded.
d. Once the class starts and a student needs to withdraw:
i. The class fee can be transferred to another class or another session;
ii. No refunds will be provided.
e. Waivers to withdrawal fees may be requested in cases of :
i. Sudden serious personal illness, injury or hospitalization;
ii. The sudden serious personal illness, injury or hospitalization or death of a close family member;
iii. Compulsory military service.
