Registration Commitment

Class sizes are intentionally limited. Your registration reserves a seat and commits to the instructor and scheduled session. Please review this policy carefully before registering.

Cancellations Before Class Begins

14+ Days Before Start Date
• Full refund minus $50 administrative fee
OR
• Full credit toward a future session of the same class

7–13 Days Before Start Date
• 50% refund
OR
• Full credit toward a future session of the same class

Less Than 7 Days Before Start Date
• No refunds
• One-time transfer to a future session of the same class (space permitting)

After Class Has Begun

After Week 1
• No refunds
• One-time transfer to a future session of the same class (space permitting)

Week 2 or Later
• No refunds
• No transfers

Workshops & Special Events

• 7+ days: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refunds
  • Weather-related reschedules may occur

Meet-Ups

• No refunds
  • No transfers

Meet-Ups are low-cost, community-based events. Pricing covers permits, planning, and staffing regardless of attendance.

If you cannot attend, you may give your spot to another student. Please notify CPC in advance.

Travel Workshops & Trips

• Please refer to the specific travel workshop refund policy
  • Travel insurance strongly recommended

Additional Policies

• No-shows forfeit registration (no refund or transfer)
  • One transfer per registration
  • Credits valid for 12 months
  • Credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value

Class Cancellation by CPC

If CPC cancels a class:
• Full refund OR full credit option
