Join award-winning photographer and CPC Associate Director Federica Ghidelli for a Photoshop workshop about Black & White editing.
Federica will show different Photoshop tools and techniques to create a black and white image with intention and meaning.
The morning session of the workshop will be 3 hours long, with all the needed breaks. There will be a lunch break around 1 pm and the class will resume at 1:30 pm to complete the last part of the program.
The participants will receive an email with a Zoom link to access the class. The students will also receive a pdf handout and a few images to practice during class.
NOTE: To get the most out of the online learning, it is recommended (not mandatory!) to use two different devices during the workshop: a tablet/or small laptop to see the instructor live on Zoom and another computer to run Photoshop and work.
Requirements: Previous knowledge of Photoshop is highly recommended. Students who took already the Ultimate Workflow Class (UWC) or Tame the Beast are ready to take this workshop.

Echoing everyone’s comments above. Federica is fantastic and manages to fit a ton of great information into just a few hours. Everything was easy to follow and understand. I already see an improvement in my work. Thank you!

I love black and white photography and before this class all I had was what feels like a sledgehammer to change color photos into black and white. This class gave me a host of tools and amazing control over the process. Federica is an amazing instructor, very detailed, very clear and really knows her subject. Very Highly Recommend.

Take this workshop! You won’t regret it. I walked away with a new bag of tools for editing in black and white. Federica knows what she’s talking about. Her explanations were clear and easy to follow.

This workshop provided a lot of useful information about howto process black and white photos in Photoshop. The layer sequence that Federica showed us is a good basis for editing all photos.
The course notes were very detailed and organized. I refer to them a lot when I am editing in Photoshop.

This workshop is well worth your time! Relatively easy workflows are taught that make a big difference in the end photo. I would have never gotten to where I am now on my own.
