Congratulations!
You have been selected by CPC staff to join the CPC Fine Art Group.
Launching in March, the CPC Fine Art Group is a program for highly skilled photographers who are willing to commit 2025 to working together to hone a photography project portfolio suitable for exhibition and publishing. With each photographer working on a self-defined project, the group will meet once a month from March to November 2025 to share work, feedback, and encouragement.
How Will it Work?
The CPC Fine Art Group is all about motivating each other and producing original work: while some monthly meetings will feature outside experts, every other week a few members will come ready to share 10-15 printed photos that demonstrate their project progress. When it’s not your turn to receive feedback, you’ll give it: thoughtful advice, ideas, a barometer check on how the work makes you feel, resources that might be relevant. Discussions will be facilitated each month by Joyce Wang and Nick Sinnott.
At the end of 2025, in addition to completing a polished project portfolio, each participant and select work will be featured in a high-quality coffee table book to be published and promoted by CPC. A copy of this book will be gifted to each artist.
A fee of $1000 per participant will cover program costs. You can choose either to pay in full or in 3-payments.
