On-field learning combined with practical application helps solidify your knowledge, enabling you to bring theory into practice effortlessly.

Your Adventure Begins

Our journey starts with an intimate group meal in Reykjavik, followed by detailed planning for the days ahead. The itinerary includes the iconic Golden Circle and a mesmerizing tour along the South Coast, featuring stops in Selfoss, Vik, and Hofn. Key highlights include the Pingvellir National Park, Gullfoss and Skogafoss Waterfalls, black sand beaches, and hopefully, the elusive Aurora Borealis. We also have exclusive excursions lined up, such as a tour of an Ice Cave.

Please be prepared for the rugged Icelandic terrain and swiftly changing weather conditions – this trip is designed for those who relish the idea of “Combat Photography.”

What’s Included:

• 6 full days of photography in Iceland’s most stunning locations
• Accommodations (Double Occupancy) and specified meals
• Ice Cave tour and all workshop transportation

Exclusions:

• Travel arrangements to Reykjavik, Iceland
• Meals outside the itinerary
• Lodging before or after the workshop
• Optional single room upgrade
• Personal expenses and travel insurance (strongly recommended)

Workshop Cost: $4500 (Double Occupancy), Single Supplement $1400.

Important Considerations:

• Highly recommend securing travel insurance.
• 50% Deposit required at booking, with a clear cancellation policy below.
• Please limit baggage to ensure smooth transitions during our mobile workshop.
• Prepare for unpredictable weather – layering is key!

Additional Preparations:

• Recommended to bring multiple external hard drives for photo storage and a laptop for any on-the-go editing and post-processing discussions.
• Full packing list and trip details will be provided upon registration.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations:  Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification.  If cancellation is prior to  60 days before departure your deposit of 50% is forfeited.  If your cancellation is made after the due date for full payment of your tour fare, charges will be levied.  The scale of charges, expressed as a percentage of the tour price is as follows:

• More than 60 days’ notice: 50% Deposit forfeited
• Less than 60 days’ notice: Deposit plus 30% forfeited.
• Less than 4 weeks’ notice: 100% of total package price forfeited.
